Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
7 Thrusters 135/95
7 Knees to elbows
7 Deadlifts 245/160
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood/1.5 pood
7 Pull-ups
We will only have a 5:30 A.M., 8:30 A.M., and a 1:30 P.M. There will not be any other workouts for the rest of the day, but you are welcome to come and work out on your own as usual.
