Partner A 10 Wallballs
Partner B 10 Kettlebells
Partner A 10 Box Jumps
Partner B 1 Rope Climb
Partner A Run 200m
Partner can't work while the other is working. After Partner A is done with 200m run, Partner B starts on Wallballs.
Don't forget long socks for the rope climbs.
