WOD 011713


500  Double Unders
5 overhead jumprope lunges at the top of every minute
Hands stretched wide with jumprope in hands overhead, active shoulders shrugged up around the ears while lunging.
Then....
5-5-5
Back Squats
Do it Wendler style if you have the time and a back squat PR.
