HALLOWEEN WOD!!!

 

Yeehaww!! This is going to be so fun. If you can make it, try. It's a fun way to hang out with people you don't get to work out with.

There will be no classes all day except for the WOD.
It's a stew and brew so bring what you want to drink, bring a soup or an appetizer or desert and come hang out by the bonfire. There will be kids games so have your kids dress up.
BRING ANYONE YOU WANT. If they want to work out with us they are welcome to, or they can just watch. This is a great way to show people who might want to workout at our gym what we do.
