Overhead Squats 1-1-1-1-1
Congratulations on your muscle-ups Sean!!!Week 3! Awesome!!!
for those of you who do not have your pull ups I would like you to work on your negatives for 10 minutes.
If overhead squats are a bit much for you we will work on your overhead squats with a pvc pipe or a 15 pound bar.
Let's get some good stretches in after the wod.
Friday, 5:30, Valentines WOD, bring $, drinks, and anyone you want to come and be here. Everyone is invited. THERE WILL NOT BE A 4:30 since we are having a big wod at 5:30.
