Sectionals WOD 13.5

Buy in:
Row 750M
30 Push Ups
50 Lunges

WOD:
4 Min AMRAP
15 Thrusters
15 C2B Pull Ups
If you get 90 reps w/in the 4 minutes add 4 more minutes and keep going until you don't get 90 reps within your 4 minutes.

Cash Out:
30 Dips
