1-10 Deadlifts

10-1 Jumping Air Squats

Then 100 Hands off Deck Push Ups

I'm so proud of all the progress you all are making. Little things add up to big things and I hope you all see that in yourselves and feel good about them because as your trainer I see the hard work you put into yourselves. Great job Militants!
