It's a new month so that means a new challenge for the month. Let's try 200 flutter kicks...each leg...without stopping. I want your challenge to be to see how many flutter kicks you can get to by the end of the month without stopping. Also, don't forget our St. Paddy's Day WOD on March 17th. It is going to be fun.
