AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Let's see how we stand up to the rest of the world of crossfit. This is the first workout of the CrossFit sectionals. Good Luck, Militants!
You guys did fantastic today! We had a great turn out! Thank you all for showing up. I had a lot of fun and I hope you did too. Murph is a tough one and you all did great.
