Fantastic job today, Militants! Let me explain how the biggest loser challenge is going to work. It's a $20 buy in. All the money goes into the winners hat. But that will be split in two. The team of four that wins the biggest loser will win half of that pot of money. The other half will go to the team of four that wins the Valentines WOD. So don't just pick your team for the biggest loser, also pick your team to win the V-Day WOD. Members may only join the competition and remain members the whole time. The more you workout the more inches and weight you lose and the better shape you will be in for V-Day. Also, diet is just as important as working out. Everyone send me an e-mail so I can send you the Zone way of eating. Print it out and bring it to the gym and we will go over everything you need to know. The better you eat the better you feel and your weight will diminish faster. So, even if you don't think you are going to do the biggest loser challenge, join the money pot and see if your team wins the workout.
