15 Push Ups
25 DoubleUnders
Our challenge this month will be 100 push ups everyday for the month of January. Also, look up healthy ways of eating like Paleo or Zone Diet. Get serious, don't let your team down. And if you have a friend that wants to do our biggest loser competition then bring them in.
