October Burpee Challenge!
Starting at the beginning of every month we will be starting a Challenge that is open and optional for all MB members. These Challenges will be in addition to your WOD, and you must complete them even on your off days.
For the month of October we (read Chuck) have decided on Burpees. To participate in the Challenge you must complete 100 Burpees every single day for the month of October. You will track this on your own (honor system), track your time to see how you improve.
What if I can't do 100 Burpees? Well give today's WOD a try and see how you do. If 100 Burpees every day seems unmanageable then shoot for a lower rep number. Let everyone know that you are doing the Challenge to hold us and yourself accountable. Good Luck.
