Push ups
Air Squats
Situps

That's 20 sec. of work with 10 sec. rest. 8 rounds each exercise.
We will not be having a 6:30 session today. We will be leaving directly after the 5:30 session. I appologize for the inconvenience and hope to destroy you more properly next week. Have a great weekend and good luck to you Dirty Dashers and bagpipe players on Saturday.
