Don't forget about signing up for the Halloween workout. There will be a raffle for the prizes, one being an hour and a half massage. It's a $20 buy in for anyone who is doing the workout and we will be dressing up. Bring your kids and let them dress up as well. Bring your own drinks and a side dish to share and we will provide some hotdogs and sausages and have some fun with the kids. All the money for the workout will be going towards getting a much needed heater for our gym. If you would like to sign up the envelope is in the gym as soon as you walk in the door. Bring a friend, it will be a blast.
