WOD 102610


Ten Rounds

5 Back Squats (Use your normal Fran Weight)
10 Pull Ups
15 Push Ups (Hands Off Deck)

  1. Chuck "Death by Burpees"
    With a continuously running clock perform 1 burpee in the first minute, 2 in the second, 3 in the third, etc. Continue until you cannot finish your burpees before the next minute starts.
    Post total rounds and burpees.

    17 rounds completed. 15 reps in round 18
    168 total burpees

    20 pull-ups
    30 push-ups
    40 sit-ups
    50 air squats
    Run 1 mile
    Did not time it. Approx 30 minutes.
