    God doesn't kill the kitten when someone misses a crossfit workout--the deadly sins of sloth and gluttony (2 out of the seven deadly sins) kill the kitten and they also are out to get you if you keep missing workouts!! Arise militants--workout and slay the beast!! Besides, we miss you when you are not around--crossfit really is kinda fun.
