ReplyDeleteAbout 1 minute and 21 seconds, but a lot of folks did the non RX'd version, which by the way is way cooler than doing nothing.
ReplyDeleteRx means perscribed by CrossFit. Not perscribed means you can't do it yet but you are working up to it in the gym.
