Just a little reminder that it is pay week for everyone. I would also like to tell you about some gift certificates we are making up for the gym. They will be good for anytime but I thought they would be a really good stocking stuffer and a chance to get someone you know and want in the gym to come.   3. About 1 minute and 21 seconds, but a lot of folks did the non RX'd version, which by the way is way cooler than doing nothing.

  4. Rx means perscribed by CrossFit. Not perscribed means you can't do it yet but you are working up to it in the gym.
