Pull-Ups
For those of you who can't do pullups I would like you to PR your Push Press.
then...burpee challenge
minute 1 = 1 burpee
minute 2 = 2 burpees
minute 3 = 3 burpees...etc...
until you run out of minute.
You may PR both if you want to.
Don't forget, we are taking Thursday and Friday off but we will be in on Sunday at 2:00. Also I made the announcement that I was dropping Friday's 5:30 and 6:30 classes. I have had a few people wish for me to keep my 5:30. I will keep my 5:30 but I will drop my 6:30 until warm weather hits again. And for those of you who I won't see tomorrow, I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and I will see you next week.
