Who ever said working out couldn't be fun. For those of you who are starting school this week, good luck and have fun. Just for you I am adding a 2:30 to our workout schedule so you can get here after school and get your workout done. Hope this helps your busy schedules.
Okay so did todays WOD yesterday and today it was malicious poker! haha 18 lunges 40 jump ropes 64 sit ups 84 spidermans 97 wall balls and an accidental 400m run (ugh!) ~alecia~
